The Skelling Tour was such amazing value for money, the trip was over three hours long and they really took their time circling around each island, giving us plenty of time to take it all in and get loads of photos. They have audio guided headsets in multiple languages which were very easy to hear even over the noise of the boat. Would recommend bringing, water, snacks, sunscreen, hat and cover-ups. There is a toilet on board which was great. Really professional set up but with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

My favourite part of the tour was when we passed a group of dolphins. Another part of the tour I enjoyed was seeing all the other wildlife around Skellig Beag

So, taking a cue from that, our family, spanning three generations (ages 3... read more to 60's) - decided to embark on the Valentia Island Tour. I have to say, it was an experience that will stay etched in our memories for years to come.

From the get-go, the attention to detail was apparent. The provision of blankets was a thoughtful touch that kept us warm and dry, a genuine comfort, especially with the unpredictable weather we occasionally face!

Our guide, Elizabeth, was a veritable fountain of knowledge. Her ability to adapt our route, skirting an oncoming raincloud, was indicative of her professionalism. Super impressed!

A special highlight was watching my toddler nephew getting a chance to "drive" the boat. His joy and laughter were infectious, and it became a moment the entire family cherished.

The breathtaking views, and little history lessons made the 90 minutes fly by.

For both locals and visitors alike, I can state without hesitation that the Valentia Island Tour is an absolute must-do! This tour has our wholehearted recommendation.
